Service principle

Under the condition that the user strictly follows the instruction manual and operates normally, the driving mileage shall not exceed within one year from the date of purchase (subject to the vehicle factory registration card) Within 25000 km, product parts damaged due to design, manufacturing and assembly shall be identified by relevant automobile service stations and supervision departments, and written materials shall be submitted to the after-sales service department of our company within three working days. After confirmation, the after-sales service department shall implement Three Guarantees service.

The specific services are as follows:

1、 The quality of products within the three guarantee period is mainly guaranteed repair, and the repair cost is free (excluding vulnerable parts and electrical parts).

2. Lifetime warranty. For products beyond the warranty period, only relevant cost fees will be charged if accessories need to be replaced.
3. Free operator training:

(1) our factory arranges senior engineer to guide on-site, study theory and practical operation;
(2) master the basic theory, performance and function of special purpose vehicle;
(3) be able to operate skillfully according to the procedure;
(4) be able to carry out normal daily maintenance and eliminate general technical faults.
